Video Production Management Experience
Story Development: Identifying compelling stories or narratives that align with the project goals and client's objectives.
Interviewing and Content Creation: Conducting interviews with subjects to capture their story or message effectively.
Team Coordination: Hiring and managing the videography team, including videographers, editors, and other crew members.
Logistics Management: Handling logistical details such as scheduling shoots, arranging locations, and ensuring smooth operations during production.
Creative Direction: Providing creative input and guidance to ensure the video aligns with the desired tone, style, and messaging.
On-Site Management: Directing the action, coordinating with crew members, addressing any issues that arise during filming, and ensuring that the creative vision is realized on set.
Post-Production Oversight: Collaborating with editors to review footage, provide feedback, and ensure the final edit meets quality standards and client expectations.
Client Communication and Delivery: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting drafts or rough cuts, incorporating feedback, and delivering the final video product.
While videography itself isn't my primary expertise, I am proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and can edit videos independently when needed.
